RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At MilkBuds Supply Co. our goal is to provide high-quality products that keep our customers (and their buds) 100% satisfied.

As a family owned and operated business with products geared toward infants and toddlers, we understand that sometimes you need to roll with the punches. Although we do not offer refunds, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges once the goods have been shipped. To initiate an exchange on eligible products, you must first submit a request to our support team at milkbudssupplyco@gmail.com. All exchange requests shall be submitted within 10 days of the date of delivery. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the product(s) must be in acceptable condition (unworn & unwashed) contained within the original packaging. Items returned without an accepted request will not be eligible for exchange. Additional shipping & handling costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.

All sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact our support team at milkbudssupplyco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Include your order number along with pictures of the damaged product(s) and our support team will review the information and get back to you with a solution.

It is critical to contact our support team within the identified timeframes if you experience any issues so that we can quickly resolve and get your little ones looking fly.

LOST / DAMAGED BY CARRIER

MilkBuds Supply Co. is not responsible for any errors made by the delivery carrier. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

RETURNED / UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, MilkBuds Supply Co is not responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Once a package is returned, we will contact you for the correct address to process the order and you will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges.
